Cancellation & billing FAQ
Your card is captured on day 0 to start the 3-day free trial. The first charge happens on day 4, when the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you owe nothing.
How cancellation works
Cancel any time during your 3-day free trial. After the trial ends and billing begins, all sales are final.
- Month-to-month: cancel any time to stop the next cycle's charge. The current paid month is final.
- Annual: you receive advance notice before each renewal. All sales are final once a renewal is charged.
- Your card stays on file only while a membership or trial is active.
Your card is stored with our payment provider from the moment you start a trial or membership, and only for as long as that trial or membership is active. Atrium Wealth Council® never stores your card number.
Cancel during the 3-day trial and access ends immediately with no charge. Cancel after billing has started and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, then access ends and your card is removed.
How do I cancel?
Sign in and open your trial tab, or your membership page after billing has started. One click cancels, no email required. If you cancel inside the 3-day trial, no charge is ever created.
