Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using Atrium Wealth Council (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Atrium Wealth Council.

The Service provides AI-generated educational analysis, projections, and frameworks to help you think more clearly about your finances. It is not licensed investment, tax, legal, accounting, or fiduciary advice. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, CPA, or law firm. You should consult a qualified, licensed professional before acting on any output from the Service.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. Past performance and projections are not guarantees of future results.

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that contains another person's data without consent.
• Use the Service to provide regulated financial advice to third parties.

Paid memberships renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

You retain ownership of the financial information, documents, and notes you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you. We do not sell Your Content. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them. We do not warrant that any output is suitable for your specific circumstances.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atrium Wealth Council and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $100.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
